88: Gratitude Homework From Genecia To 10X Your Good Vibes

In today’s episode, I want to talk about how we're approaching the end of the year and we’re almost about a quarter to go. I want you to go into the zone of reflection of gratitude. Gratitude is a choice, an attitude, and a blessing to move through every aspect of our lives. The coolest thing about gratitude is that it’s always there, it’s within us. The attitude of gratitude shouldn’t be limited to only expressing it around important days. I’m filled with gratitude for everything I’ve done so far and whatever I’ve not done. Because of my process, whatever I’ve completed has made me who I am right now.

Where do you need to be right now? 02:58- 03:06  What is the key thing here today? The key message is you are where you need to be right now.  03:07- 03:17  You’re not ahead, you’re not behind. God has got your back and has you intact, on track.  03:18- 03:20  Even though you have set goals  03:24- 03:29  and have not met those goals yet, it could be because of the coronavirus,  03:39- 03:45  or already have faced previously that have probably distracted your business in one way or another.  03:52- 03:58  I get that entrepreneurship anxiety and depression are real. I totally get that.  04:49- 04:58  Gratitude at this point is the key. It will be a turning point on how you are going to end the year and start the falling year.  Attitude of gratitude 06:17- 06:19  How is it an attitude of gratitude?  06:21- 06:44  When you are a business owner or 9-5 employee, a newbie, whether you’re thinking of quitting the rack race, your mind of gratitude, the attitude of gratitude, is the epitome. It’s the key to unlocking the abundance, the power, the diamond, that is within you because you deserve to shine.   06:46- 07:02  I want you to be aware. Put down on the diary, if not, put down on your notes. I want you to write down 5 to 10 things you have grateful for before you sleep.    Get the habit of gratitude 07:18- 07:35 Remember, you’re doing that for yourself but I will be your accountability buddy. I will be your friend. Only if you take your first step by writing me an email and on the header of the email you got to put the episode and the title of this episode.  08:16- 08:23 That is why you need to get and you must get into the habit of gratitude. So that you charge your power  08:28- 08:34 until the end of the year and be ready for the harvest when the following year comes. 

08:35- 08:41 This is how I’ve done it. I’ve done the same thing as I’m going through my bankruptcy  09:04- 09:20 But you know what, a spirit of gratitude and attitude of gratitude saves the multitudes. It will save your soul. We are the Soul Rich Woman. There is a diamond within us.
