Hello gorgeous! Welcome to today’s episode. My name is Genecia Alluora. Today I wanna share with you the best way to serve others so that you can have more freedom by doing more with less. Now, this is a topic I’m especially passionate about. To pick more points to ponder tune in to this episode.

What is the best way to serve others?(02:28 - 02:48) I’m basically out of Singapore most of the time and this is what I love about my job and about running this whole business online. It gives me so much freedom to do what I love to do. And this is my legacy to help you.

(02:50 - 03:11) So the best way to serve others. I got this question recently. And someone actually said ‘ Genecia, are you able to do pro-bono work? I mean knowing that now the situation of Covid-19 is happening and a lot of us are quite cash trapped, are you able to do free?

(03:34 - 04:05) Now, this is a great question. And my heart just went out to this lady when she asked the question. And I’ve met her before, in fact, she was one of my students in my Soul Rich Woman blueprint workshop but she wasn’t able to upgrade, to go to the next level. She wanted to do a mentorship with me but her finances held her back. So to me, it’s just isn’t her time for now.

(04:11 - 04:16) Because we can’t be the solution to everybody, alright? We can only serve whom we are meant to serve.

(04:20 - 04:29) So when I looked at the question, like I said my heart goes out to her and she hopped on to the master class that I did and I explained it to the whole group.

(04:31 - 04:53) Every week, we have this master class, kind of like a group session where all the women around the world come together at 9 PM every single Monday hop on to Zoom and then that’s when I deliver an hour of answering questions and guiding them through whatever difficulties they may face. 

(05:02 - 05:06) How is the best way I would like to serve my clients?

I best serve my clients through online(05:08 - 05:21) Now, this is something that I’ve been always thinking about serving my clients, and the way that I best serve my clients now is through online.

(05:23 - 05:33) And I do a lot of FB live, I do Instagram live, I do FB live like three times a week if not almost every day.

(05:54 - 06:07) Now, you can ask me questions, any questions that you may have burning in your mind, thinking about, you know you can just ask me on that free platform.

(06:09 - 06:12) And I’ll address all your questions live.

(06:13 - 06:24) And this is the best way I make use of my time because I want to serve 1 million if not a hundred million women around the world.

(06:30 - 06:58) And that is my dream. And what I really wanted to do. And if I continue to be in the space where I’m trading time for money that would not be the best way to use my time because it’s not relevant or not resonating with the dream that I want to achieve.

(07:00 - 07:18) So when I share this piece of the story I’m literally telling you that, you know, if you really want something, if your heart is so burning that you want questions to be answered like how Gary V does it. 

(07:23 - 07:45) Anybody can just reach out to him and ask any questions that they want and he answers them on his FB live, on his twitter live, on his Instagram live, and he does just that because that is the best way he is using his time to reach out to millions of people around the world.

(07:45 - 07:49) He wants to help people and for me too.

(07:49 - 07:56) I want to help people, I want to help women, especially women around the world.

Time cannot be bought by money(08:02 - 08:08) My time is really precious so the way we use our time,

(08:11 - 08:23) or the way we structure our time is really equivalent to how many people we wanna help. And whether it’s sustainable or not as well.

(08:25 - 08:46) So like my mentorship, my mastermind, as well as my 100k mentorship programs, all these are very high-value programs where I serve the women and people who are in it in the greatest possible way possible.

(08:47 - 09:09) So my time is segmented. So when I look at my dream, my time spent, I need to be very careful and efficient in the way I spend my time, because the greatest men, the richest men on planet earth. I will say it’s Warren Buffet, the smartest investor I will say at all times.

(09:10 - 09:20) And he said of all the money he has, the one thing that cannot be bought by his money and his wealth is time.

How are you spending your time?(09:22 - 09:44) So my friend, today, you know, time is a commodity that cannot be purchased by money and I value my time and I value how I want to serve my clients. And serve and empower and inspire women around the world, people around the world.

(09:48 - 09:53) So how are you spending your time? How are you leveraging your time? 

(10:23 - 11:00) So my friend, the way we wanna serve our clients has no right or wrong. Whatever stage of the business, or whatever stage of life or your leadership pathway that you’re at right now, my journey and my experience is of my own opinion and my sharing. You have to see and decide for yourself how you want to serve your clients and how you want to maximize your time because for me I value freedom, I value maximum impact around the world.
