Episode 25: One Thing You Must Do To Have Success Online (Even If You're Just Starting Out)
Hello, my name is Genecia Alluora. Thank you for joining me on today’s episode. I wanna share with you on what to do when you want to bring your business online or bring your leadership online. Whether you’re a 9 to 5 employee, a newbie, or you're just starting out, whatever the case may be there are three things that are essential to any online success. Be consistent(02:23 - 02:33) So in order for you to stand out, to be seen as a leader, to be different, that’s when you want to make sure you do these three things. The first thing is consistency. 

(02:34 - 02:38) So first of all how does consistency look like? It doesn't mean posting everyday. 

(02:41 - 03:02) Well, it means showing up everyday either in your FB live, is it instagram live, is it your podcast, is it your blogging, or whatever medium that you are using. Show up every single day for your audience because trust is the big thing that is missing online right now.

(03:08 - 03:29) Because people are scammed there are things happening. People are cheated, people are underdelivering and you don’t want to be in those categories. You want to be seen as different, exceptional, a leader, great, right? So in order for that to happen, you first must be consistent.

Build your momentum(03:30 - 03:34) Then you want to build your momentum because you’re consistent.

(03:56 - 04:06) The only way is to be seen as a leader online by building the momentum with your consistency so that when you give value, when you give them something

(04:10 - 04:20) Eventually when you do the value exchange, it is actually, it is actually correct. It is actually the way to go to build that momentum to connect with your audience.

Do batching to save time(04:21 - 04:25) Eventually you need to lead to the B-word which is batching.

(05:52 - 06:11) Batching is key, we entrepreneurs don’t have that much time, we must learn how to do this batching so that we can free our time to do other things that matter. Because when we are so busy day to day, life gets in the way.

(06:33 - 06:48) So that is why we must learn to batch our content for consistency and momentum, to ensure our success in the online world.

Structure a game plan and strategy to be positioned overall(07:15 - 07:37) Overall, there must be a structure, a game plan, a strategy for you to be positioned overall to be as a thought leader, business owner, influencer in the online world. Whether you’re a 9 to 5 employee, a female entrepreneur, or a newbie, this is a strategy to be done.

07:38 - 07:48 And you said ‘ Genecia,but I am a newbie, I’m so new I’m just starting out, I don’t have that much content as you, ha done so many years.’ Well, I’ve just got a solution for you.

07:50 - 07:59 Just start. Whether it is a video or a voice content or written content, just sit down one hour a day.

08:09 - 08:14 Plan out a week of posting, 5 days worth of posting.

08:26 - 08:37 Only when you choose to start with that one hour, that 60 minutes, to even sit your ass down to one piece of content only then you can progress 

Don’t give up even though you find it hard08:38 - 09:00 And one more thing I wanna say don't give up even though you find it hard and do it afraid, do it even though you are afraid because that’s when a miracle is gonna happen. I did not have success and built my content overnight. I pushed through and I just want you to know that I was once just like you.

09:02 - 09:24 All you need to do is just to get one hour atleast one piece or two pieces of content out everyday so that you put all these content together and continue to, you know, repurpose them, or share them so that you can be building consistency, momentum by batching.
