Speaker 1: Hello, gorgeous, and welcome to today's episode. My name is Genecia Alluora, and on this episode, I want to share with you the things that you are doing to block your own success. Now, why do I say this? Having worked with women around the world, international clients, local clients in the last many years of my career, I've seen beyond just the money blocks or things that happen in our life, there's so many things that is holding us back from our own F word, even though we are just one F word away to being fabulous, freedom, financial independence and happy family. But there are these blocks that I get very frustrated with. And that's why I'm here to share with you the three common blocks that block your success.

Speaker 1: Remember, you are stuck because you stuck yourself. So I'm helping you to unstuck, okay? To get from stuck to unstoppable. Are you ready? Okay, first, you believe the stories you've created about yourself. I'm not creative, I'm fake, I'm bad at marketing. I don't have anything to say, I don't like selling. What are the stories that you have been telling yourself for years and years? Did you know that you don't have to listen to all those? In fact, you can prove them wrong whether you feel whenever you feel like it. I just want to say, make a list of all these stories you have about yourself. Today is all about doing these exercises. It doesn't matter if you think that they are true or not. Just put them down on paper and really look at them and address these right away by canceling out. Because by bringing them on a paper and bring to your awareness and consciousness, you'll be able to work with them and work through them and acknowledge the remaining ones. And notice every time you are removing them, you will be able to move forward much, much faster. And of course, forgive yourself. You'll say this, right? I love myself and I set myself free. This is my time and I'm ready for the next step.

Speaker 1: Repeat, I love myself and I set myself free. This is my time. I'm ready for the next step. All right. Number two, you undervalue what you're great at. Now, it happens more often than I thought that it would ever happen because I've seen so many people. Now, I just want to say something for you, because just because something comes easily to you does not mean it isn't valuable to everyone else. When you are doing the work that comes from your true worst, most authentic self, it may seem effortless to you. It may seem like you can't believe that people will actually pay you to do something you love so much. It may seem like you should be working harder or sweating more like a cow. The reality is you can provide tremendous value to other people and touch their lives with the knowledge you already have right now. And the truth is that you can't affect anyone positively if you keep waiting until you know everything even before you start.

Speaker 1: The big piece here is that I've seen really so many people doing that justice to themselves. They think they always got to be an expert before they could do something else. So I just want to say that, imagine that you were going to take a leave of absence, MCAP or sabbatical leave from your business, and someone was going to take over for you for a bit. Now I want you to start writing down everything you do and everything you know as if you're preparing someone to take over your role. Now you start to see very quickly that you know and do know much more than you ever think you do. So seeing it all together may help you to take notice of all the brilliance that is inside you that you take for granted every single day. Because like I said, you have the diamond that is within you and you deserve to shine. Number three, you care too much about what other people think. Remember, i talk about the episode on criticisms? Well, yeah, you are a people pleaser. You like to say yes. You don't want to say no to people. You do a lot of butter trading, but you are missing out on the F word. Fabulous freedom, financial independence, and a happy family.

Speaker 1: I mean, while you don't want anyone to be mad at you or speak badly of you because you reject them, but empathy is a fantastic quality. And if you don't set those boundaries, you will really not be able to live the life that you want. And frankly, life is too short to spend your precious time worrying if your job title is sexy enough, if your prices are too high, whether you have a lot of likes and a lot of shares on your social media posts, and all the sake of pleasing everybody in the universe. And all the pleasing and yes, and being a yes woman or yes man will throw roadblocks onto your path to a meaningful, on your term, success. So get clear on your mission. So the action you need to take today is what are you going to do? Get clear on your mission, your big why. What are the amazing ways that you are going to help people start making the decisions from a place of service, of that awesome mission. When you are answering to a bigger purpose, their voices don't matter anymore. Those voices of the naysayers and the dream slayers don't matter anymore. So I just want to say, take action.
