03:55- 04:03 I think the first thing that anybody can do right now especially this season, doing this threat and challenging times, it’s important to be seen in the online world. 05:09- 05:28 Today, when people find you online, if they were to Google you and they can not find you, or they come to Facebook, LinkedIn, or Instagram, they search for some keywords and you are not present even in the online world. Not having a name for yourself, why would they trust you? 05:29- 05:37 I think the first thing is to really identify ‘What do you stand for?’; ’ What kind of things are you selling or services?’ 07:08-07: 23 When considering starting a business and bringing your business online, whether it is a product or services. Look at how they are establishing trust in the online space first. If the connection is something that they truly value then they must look at “How can I build trust and connection?” Know who you want to serve
08:24- 08:30 To know what kind of customers you want to attract is to really know who you want to serve. 09:47-09:52 Don’t make everybody become like you. You must first love the customers before you love your own product. 10:00-10:17 You must first understand what is the one problem that you want to solve immediately for the customers. A lot of times when we talked about finding your ideal and potential customers online so you can sell anything and everything. You have to first identify what is the one problem that you can solve. 16:00- 16:07 Customers won’t change but the behavior will change. You have to identify the behavior of your customers. 16:54-17:03 You need to learn how to delegate 80% of your ‘to-do lists’ so you can make money online. So you can focus on your zone of genius. A lot of people are not delegating. 17:24- 17:37 I spent my money on outsourcing, delegating, building teams, and of course in focusing on sales and marketing as well. Because selling anything during these challenging times, not many people do not have a lot of money. 17:40-17:43 I would say that every crisis is another opportunity. Budgeting
21:30-21:39 I believe in moving my marketing budget forward. I believe in moving a certain budget forward. Traveling, eating, and clothes budget, everything goes to a budget. 21:50-22:15 I know that I want to go online in 2013, and I know that I need good equipment to help me go online. To do up all the video and audio editing, webinars. I need a good system. I want it to be really awesome and can future-proof me. From 2013 to now, it’s almost 7 years. 22:37-22:44 The logic, when I choose to invest in myself and in my business, I was serious about it. It was not a hobby.
1. There is a chance of everything, so be ready for the ups and downs.2. Set your goals and set your budget.3. Customers won’t change but the behavior will. 4. Any crisis is an opportunity.5. Ignoring business online is like setting up a company but not telling anyone.
