Hello! I’m your host, Genecia Alluora. Good to have you here with me today. Are you an introvert? This is a tough question, isn’t it? Sometimes you yes, sometimes you say no. But how do you know whether you’re an introvert or not?

Because during free time, he just wants to go out.  02:11- 02:21  For myself, after a day of work, whenever I have free time I like to stay at home. She's a listener, follower, fan, in 12 countries because of podcasts.  07:17- 07:31 An introvert like her, stay-at-home-mom, don’t know what to say, no experience, have a home-based business like doing professional makeup, and selling some beauty products.  07:38-07:49 But behold, with the soul rich woman blueprint and with my strategy and with my gifted hands and brain involved, she’s now in 12 countries.   
Get out of your comfort zone

07:53- 07:57 (4) She was so happy that today she’s truly proud of her achievements. 08:18- 08:40 (22) So this is like a progression of awards that we present to women who break to limiting beliefs and go to the next level with the mindset and message because it’s very noble for them to be willing to step up to their comfort zone as introverts, letting themselves shine. Therefore, giving others permission to shine.  08:52- 08:54 (2) Now she’s inspiring people around the world in 12 different countries.  09:34- 09:47 (13)  She has launched her broadcast onto 20 platforms and because of that, she has increased her visibility to be seen as a leader online and therefore makes money easy.  09:49- 09:53 (4) Making money is easy when you are being seen as a leader online. 10:14-10:29 (15) Because as an introvert she chose first to step out of her comfort zone into the action zone to shine bright like a diamond and because of that, giving you the permission to shine. And her name is Joanne Lee.
