Well, depending where you’re at, at least for myself when I was an image consultant back in 2012 the package that I sold was already at 5,000 dollars and 10,000 dollar packages for 8 sessions or 12 sessions. (04:04 - 04:08) So the first key that I wanna share with you, okay, how do you even start?
(04:18 - 04:31) First and foremost, how are you positioning yourself? You see, when we talk about I’m an image consultant, there’s someone else who took the same certification as me.
(04:36 - 04:38) Especially now when it’s online,
(04:53 - 05:06) you are you, being found. Do you have a digital footprint that consumers, customers, clients can look at it and immediately trust you? Know, like and trust you.
(05:12 - 05:17) Because they’re looking at all the image consultants right now and how are you different, right?
Be different in order to make a difference(05:18 - 05:22) So the keyword here is “Be different in order to make a difference.”
(08:01 - 08:04) So how are you gonna position yourself that makes you different?
(09:01 - 09:28) So it’s really all about your positioning. How are you positioning yourself in the marketplace that allows you to be different in order to make a difference? So this is something I want you to think about. So action plan, list down three things that truly can make you different in order for you to be different, okay? Be different in order to make a difference.
(09:29 - 09:50) And of course last but not the least, in my positioning I’ve grown a network of female entrepreneurs across the region and already has a business that has reached out to thousands and thousands of women in Southeast Asia, Asia, and now on route to go global.
(09:51 - 09:58) So all these pieces are important to select out and put it together.
Find out what exactly you’re good at.(10:31 - 10:52) So even though you don’t have experiences like me, it’s okay. At least, first list out your certifications, right? What do you study, what do you graduate in and what do you have? Then I want you to list out what exactly you have been really good at? That people think that you’re really good at.
(10:56 - 11:28) It’s sometimes the things that other people think that we are really good at that is very important. That we may get some ideas that ‘Wow, this is my skill, this is the talent that I can turn into a business or turn my passion into a paycheck.’ And that’s how you can turn all these things into a great positioning of who you can be in the online marketplace. To be seen as a leader online, bring your business online so that you can keep getting clients online.
