*why would you want to own a podcast -  see a rise in the microcast, which is a short-form podcast, usually about 5-10 minutes.- Google has announced earlier this year that podcasts will start showing up in search results.- voice search and podcast seo is on the rise
*3 key problems - women afraid to show their faces on videos afraid of being judged- women think they have nothing to share - women think its too technical 
*how i solved it?- decided to become the netflix of podcast - set up the instant podcast leader program to let women only do 5% of podcasting instead of doing 95% of the work - Women no need to show their faces. only use their voice - Set up an Angel Framework to help them to share their experiences. There is no right or wrong.
