We are wondering what the world of business looks like once this global crisis is over. People these times are turning their business into an online world. But how are we gonna sell during this crisis?

Today’s topic we talk about ‘How To Sell Anything During This Challenging Times’ and the first thing first is asking the ‘Ask anything Genecia’ segment. Now I’m going to answer the next side of questions from our viewers.


How to get your business notice?

01:44- 01:54 So many people are online. How do I get my business noticed? You need to understand that. Are you just marketing within this blue logo (Facebook)? If you are just marketing within this blue logo, of course, you are not seen. 
02:07- 02:14 But really to be seen, you need to definitely get traffic. Traffic definitely needs to be found. 
02:48- 02:58 You need to get out these three logos (FB, IG, LI) in order to sell anything during these challenging times. If you can get out these three logos and above and beyond, you get a chance to be noticed.  
03:46- 03:50 To get your business notice, first find out your value.  
03:51-03:58 What is the value you’re giving? If you’re just selling lipsticks, make it personal, tell a story, do a lifestyle.      
05:14-05:21 If you position yourself to be seen as the leader, you get noticed. Then your business would get notice.  

How do you get them to trust you? 
11:36-11:44 You need to position yourself now and relevant because customers are savvy. They will see the year and the date. They will see which year you are in.   
11:54-11:59  Be authentic, be yourself, be the diamond that you’re truly meant to be. Be current, be relevant.   
12:03-12:8 Podcasting is a way to drive traffic to us because it’s current. It’s something that is ongoing every single week. 
12:20- 12:21 How do you get them to trust you? 
12:24- 12:27 First, to really be able to capture attention.  
12:30- 12:33  Number two, when they lend there, what kind of reviews are you showing. 
13:09- 13:18 That’s why being relevant and current is very important. That is why we want to be current, and you have to be current by your social proof as well.
 13:19- 13:25 This is something I wanna share, to get them to trust you in the online world. And that’s what a lot of people are not doing.  
14:31- 14:35 To be outstanding is to first really be seen and to be heard in the online world.  
15:00- 15:03 In the online world, you really have to go one thousand platforms.  
Decide which market segment you want to solve. 

23:05- 23:15 Definitely traditional business is wise to get on the podcast because like Joanne herself, who is running a traditional beauty business, sells face to face, now you don’t need to sell. The people would just come to her automatically.   
25:53- 26:01 You see, different people and different levels will need to know about you. You need to first decide which market segment you want to solve. 
27:03- 27:12  I just want to encourage you, whatever stage you are, maybe you are a millionaire or maybe you’re doing very well, I just want to say that you need to get prepared, even Covid-19. 
27:19- 27:27 You need to make sure that you are seen and heard. How? By first making sure that if I will Google you today, you are found. Not just a website.
