And I hope you have chosen one whether it is the fish that you have selected if you have not checked out the previous episode. For this episode, I wanna talk about where your fishes are. So now is about where do you find your fish?

The target audience

01:46 - 02:00  So I have this client of mine, this mentee actually she teaches in a local university here in Singapore. So after learning about the Soul Rich Woman blueprint she applied it to her own entrepreneurship lecturing. 02:05 - 02:12 She was supposed to help this company sell rice and look for resellers. She has this group of students in her class. 02:15 - 02:23  And she told them that they need to find resellers who are suitable for this rice company. 02:25 - 02:31  The target audience, very specifically the fish is aunties with grandchildren. 02:43 - 02:56 So she split up the group into three groups and asked them where they would be able to find these fishes offline. So one group said we will go to the traffic light. 03:08 - 03:12  And then another group, the second group went to the cafe. 03:33 - 03:37  The third group went to a playground. 04:11 - 04:15 Which group do you think has aunties with grandchildren? 04:40 - 04:44  So if you choose 3 your answer is absolutely right. 04:50 - 04:55  In today’s sharing it's all about how do you then translate this online? 05:40 - 05:47 So the first place to find fishes online is through people. The second one is through brands.
Offline and online fishes

06:55 - 07:29 I hope this gets you thinking about where are your fishes to translate offline fishes into the online world. And what not to do is that you can’t tell me that Oh, the fishes are just doing yoga, the fishes are bodybuilding, they are swimming, well there are ways to eventually find out whether these fishes are in this categories but these are likely to be more generic and would have to be matched with other criteria to search for this fishes online. 07:30 - 07:35 But at least for a start, I would highly recommend you to start looking at people and brands.

The brands

05:40 - 05:47 So the first place to find fishes online is through people. The second one is through brands. 05:55 - 06:14 So people and brands like Adidas, Nike, Mcdonalds, and Sephora. All of these are brands. So when you talk about finding your fish online, you need to know where are your fishes. You need to know where do they hang out in the online world. 06:15 - 06:41 And people mean that where do they follow these people so you can target them. Right? Like Tony Robbins, do you follow Tony Robbins for example? So, therefore, it’s important for you to discover and kind of like to do a survey and try to find out if they follow these people and whether they are present for you to fish or not. 06:42 - 06:46 So people and brands are two places online that you can find your fishes.
