41: What I learnt from running a cafe retail chain Vs business that's online. 1 Key difference and 2 similarities.

Cafe Retail Chain Vs. Business Online

(04:01- 04:20)   In online we have software that we hands on, still have manpower. I don't really see expiry of goods,but because I also run commerce as well as that is called alora that self beauty products and many other things as well.  (04:21-04:49)  I realize that doing service base and product base for online has also slight differences but the main thing here is offline costing is way much more expensive than an online costing. So no difference in between teams, the difference will be the costing offline is more expensive to set up a cafe chain. (05:20 - 05:45) So having expense 350,000 dollars for a cafe outlet, one there is no guarantee you making money immediately. So when you set up a business that’s online the key difference is you don’t have to expense 350,000 dollars to do one outlet.

Marketing is Key

(07:59 - 8:05) (6) I do a lot of marketing, really a lot. And this is key.  08:47 - 08:52 (5) Because how can a business owner do business without marketing?  (9;28 - 9:44) (16) To be successful in the Soul Rich Woman Blueprint, to be a soul rich woman, you first must have the rich attitude, the mindset of wealth, the mindset of abundance that you can attract good people. 09:58 - 10:12 (14) The key difference I see between retail and online is literally the costings and then, number two  the expense. And then the similarities, in fact the marketing is really similar. 10:30 - 10:48 (18) So these are the few things that I see and that’s why I’m here to explain to you and share with you why it is key and important to recognize that offline and online have some differences yet not that much differences.

Similar Doing of Offline and Online Business

(06:02 - 6:12) That is the key difference I see and that is why I truly appreciate bringing business online and helping people like yourself to bring business online.   06:25 - 06:39 One thing that I can see that is still very similar doing offline and online is I mean other than just the costings and stuff like that, is marketing and sales. (06:42 - 7:04)  Because when I was running the cafe retail chain  we were doing a lot of exhibitions where one exhibition we will expense like 50,000 dollars, 20,000 dollars and then will do exhibitions  in Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, we go to different countries to run exhibitions. And these are the marketing costs.
07:21 - 07:32 Marketing is still important offline, if you are doing offline business, and for online even right now I’m looking at it, I’m laughing because not much difference you still need to do marketing. doing this business online serving women in southeast asia and then around the world
