Hello gorgeous! My name is Genecia Alluora, welcome to today’s show. Today I wanna talk about being a freedom entrepreneur with tools that keep my soul really sane running an international business online. I wanna share the tools that really have kept my life in order and kept my business in order. To learn more about how I did it, tune in to this episode.

The shiny object syndrome(02:16 - 02:26) I’m going to simplify it for you easily because a lot of times we have this effect of the shiny object syndrome.

(02:27 - 02:45) I started doing a lot of tools. I kind of grabbed everything I see online. I used everything I saw online. Everything, I just wanna test it out and own every single software possible to help me run my online business.

(02:58 - 03:10) And every time when someone hiny, or someone so called a guru flashes in across my emails or flashes it across their social media post

(03:13 - 03:15) I’ll be grabbling for those. 

(03:21 - 03:25) The truth is we all go through that shiny object syndrome. 

(03:27 - 03:51) and we all want that latest tool, the newest tool, the best tools, all the tools possible. But what if some of us didn’t have the budget or how about some of us we just want the important ones that will keep us sane, keep us aligned and profitable all at the same time.

Doing more with less(03:52 - 03:54) Now, who here wants to do more with less?

(04:08 - 04:19) So let me share with you a couple of things that I’ve used. So first and foremost, the way I communicate with my team, here are few tools. The first tool I use is Asana.

(04:22 - 04:44) Asana is one of the tools that I used to kind of do project management. The timeline, client’s projects. Every single thing that I have done, I will say since I’m gone online in 2013 is in my Asana dashboard.

(05:00 - 05:04) And it’s really powerful. Okay? So go check that out.

(05:05 - 05:13) I have used other tools as well. But let me just stay focus on the tools that I’m using and have streamlined over the years. 

(05:33 - 05:44) And of course Asana. These are the two main tools. And for myself I use Evernote, I use a lot of Evernote to kind of key in stuff and save my notes.

(05:45 - 05:53) I also use other tools like email delivery tools.

(05:54 - 06:09) I use that tool called Infusion soft, I’m thinking about quitting infusion soft really soon but for now since donkey years I’ve been using infusion soft. So that’s what I’ve been using for email marketing. 

(06:10 - 06:21) And then for my online webinars, so webinars and funnels use click funnels so it's straight forward.

(07:12 - 07:20) Sharing files, I use the Dropbox and Google drive. These are the two main things I used.

(08:09 - 08:15) So these are just some tools or what I called the key tools that I use to run my entire business online.


Be a freedom entrepreneur using tools that can make your soul sane(09:18 - 09:38) How I'm a freedom entrepreneur I called myself literally with all the tools that I used and of course you know Zoom has been added on to the list as one of the tools for use for meeting and of course for clients contact points for coaching online.

(09:41 - 09:56) Like I said, each and every single one of us will have our own tools that we use and our own processes but at least I hope I give you an insight into how I run a business online.
