132: What Else? The Powerful Question To Attract Even More Luck And Abundance
 Hello and welcome to ‘Soul Why? Secrets of The Soul Rich Woman Blueprint’ I’m your host, Genecia Alluora. Today’s topic is about ‘What Else? The Powerful Question To Attract Even More Luck And Abundance’ in your business and in your life. 
We all go through stages of feeling bad about ourselves. 
Do you have those days when you’re convinced that everything you do is crap and you’re never going to make it anyway and why bother?
For a couple of months, I have a day when I want to run away, I just don’t want to do my business anymore, I just want to throw away everything that I built. 
Because I just want to do anything with little responsibility. Play small with good perks or good benefits like free movies and have discounts in my life. 
You know what, as we are moving towards the end of the year, you have got to ask yourself this question, one really simple but profound question. The exercise is to make a list of everything you’re proud of in this year, over the past year. 
Start with “I’m proud of…” and the all important question is… “What else?”
 02:54- 03:01 The exercise is to make a list of everything you are proud of this year.
03:09- 03:16 Start with “I'm proud of” and all the important questions are, “What else?”
03:17- 03:22 Now, you have to keep asking yourself that question until you have 50 successes.
03:27- 03:31 (4) Something that you can talk about positively and celebrate. 
04:08- 04:13 Wins are important but the question, “what else?”, is extremely important.

04:14- 04:36  You’ll probably get stuck at about five things you’re proud of because you don’t want to brag, you're Asian, or even if you're not Asian and you're listening to this episode, you're like "Okay in my culture, Genecia, it doesn't allow women like myself to brag or talk about my success or celebrate my wins,  even the tiniest wins." 

04:46- 05:07  I did this with a client recently who thought she had a bad year until we did this exercise. It took us 45 minutes, but she ended up with 42 things she was proud of, but it took a lot of digging. That’s why the question is so important.
05:20- 05:27  “I’m proud of” and “What else?” Keep asking. Keep asking and don’t give up. 
05:29- 05:36 I would say bragging, celebrating your success, celebrating small wins is good for you.
05:39- 05:54 It’s awesome to remember everything is great for manifesting, to acknowledge all your wins, big and small, so that you can attract even more luck and abundance into the new year. 

05:55- 06:03  Work on a mix of business and personal, as long as you get at least 30-50 good things. 

06:04- 06:19  If you do this it by yourself, eventually you’ll run out of steam or you just get distracted by your handful of notifications and move on to something else. For the best results, you need me to be with you, book a coaching call with me.
