Today in this episode, I want to talk about producing your own book, especially an e-book. Something that can solve problems for your client or potential client immediately. Something like you, a leader. Whether you’re an entrepreneur, 9-5 employee, business owner, you can put out there on your social media and podcasts that allow people to download.
3 things to remember 02:25- 02:29 The first thing that you need to do when you want to make an ebook is not to look everywhere. 02:34- 02:39 You have to look at what is the one problem you want to solve for your customers. 03:25- 03:38 It’s no longer just an ebook download of freebies that you’re giving out there. You are allowing people to build that instant trust and instant connection with the download that you’re providing. 03:39- 03:42 And that is the key to success in the online world right now. 03:55- 04:00 The second thing you need to look at is how you are wording it. 05:30- 05:34 Last but not least, how you are allowing them to connect with you. Call to action 05:50- 06:00 Always remember to put in a call to action into your ebooks so that people would know how to contact you and where to contact you and it’s consolidated in a single area. 06:01- 06:26 I would recommend you to put your downloads and your ebooks in the area where it is easy for you to share the link. Share it out easily and allow people to anytime and any space to be able to put their name or email address or phone number to acquire this ebook of yours that is relevant to them. Give that "now" experience 06:41- 06:59 Are you giving that “now” experience? And by giving them that “now” you will be able to capture their attention because the consumer behavior right now has changed. They will no longer wait for a while before downloading. 07:22- 07:26 The ebook doesn't have to be 50-100 pages anymore. 07:37- 07:49 Maybe a maximum of 20 pages. Something that people can easily digest and don’t have to keep browsing through and go straight to the point. Give them the context of how they can solve the problem.
- Look at the one problem that you need to solve.
- Look at how you are wording it.
- Look at how you allow them to connect with you.
- Look at how to put in to call the action.
- Look at how you are giving them the “now” experience.
