What is your purpose? 07:14- 07:30 How did you even start? The first thing is, what is the purpose you want to do it? Is it only to get viewers? How are you gonna convert them? To answer that is given value. What kind of value are you giving? 07:45- 07:52 It’s always that few questions I’m asking. Just give it a try and start. Then you need to ask yourself what’s next. 08:22- 08:28 Even though podcasting has been very vibrant in the US market, it's not really seen in the Asian market. 08:40- 08:51 That’s why I wanted to have this initiative. To call women to podcast Asia, to rise up, to tell their stories. So they can be seen and heard worldwide. 10:42- 10:51 We now have women from Hongkong, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines. All coming and bringing this on Netflix podcasting because we are doing marketing. 11:13- 11:19 How we are giving leverage to the women who joined us as podcasters and joined our platform? To be the diamond because we are a diamond maker. 11:21-11:26 (5) A lot of women became their own diamond, shining their own color, in their own way. How do you innovate? 16:53- 17:02 How and why we are continuously growing and finding new ways? Because it’s important that we must innovate. Continue to love your customers more than your product. 17:11-17:25 Business model is changing every year because of the online world. That is why Soul Rich Woman, up to today we are a forerunner in the online world. Helping women, helping people to be seen and heard as leaders online. 18:25-18:48 In order to grow more business, is to improve our sales and marketing. Aside from sales and marketing, you need to get ready to serve the customer. We need to build a team. I don’t wait until the time is right. I grew my team. I want to outsource several things more so that I have more time to do sales and marketing.
Building a team
19:00-19:13 Sometimes when we have a crisis, a financial situation, we want to tighten it and stop investing and stop building. But you continue to build even in this covid situation. 22:22-22:24 How can a solopreneur make a multi-million dollar? 22:27- 22:29 You need a team to definitely grow with you. 22:58- 23:13 Everybody has a process and a team. Everybody is growing and leveraging to hit their hundred million. That’s how my vision of a soul rich woman is, and how I’m building up from a small company.
