111: How To Create Or Upgrade Your Lady Inner Circle


I always quoted Jim Rohn’s “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” 
Having the right people in your lady inner-circle will make or break your success. If you’re exposed to negative things, you’ll be negative and if you’re exposed to more positive things, you’ll become positive. That’s why you need to surround yourself with others who are in the same mindset as you. 
Don’t worry, we’re going to talk about what to do when you know you have to create or upgrade your lady inner-circle, and I have a great resource for you to use afterward, too.

What is a lady's inner circle?

02:01- 02:33 Your lady's inner circle is a group of friends or mastermind buddies who you know will always have your back. These are the "ride or die friends" and mastermind buddies. They’re the ones you call when everything’s gone wrong in your business or your life or you know who will pick you up, tell you it's going to be OK, or give you a kick in the pants if you need them to, as well. They’re the friends you celebrate your successes with, your ah-has with, and your screw-ups with.


But then, you can outgrow your lady inner circle

02:40- 02:55 If you’re working on your mindset, your business, and your money blocks, and your fellow friends or inner circle aren’t, then chances are that you’ll outgrow them pretty soon if you haven’t already.

Now, upgrades are one of the techniques you can use to get closer to living your F-Word –  being Fabulous, having Freedom, Financial Independence, and A Happy Family. The one that will make you feel abundant, and like a money magnet.


How do you upgrade your lady inner circle? 
03:30- 04:00 First and foremost, check who you’re hanging out with. Are they friends who have all said that they want to start a business, but then just complain about how they can’t quite decide what to do or say it’s very difficult? Do they say they’ll do things, but then it takes them months to get around to it? Maybe they’re big on ideas to improve their lives, but never actually do it and use every excuse under the sun to explain why.

04:01- 04:41 If you’re on fire with ideas and enthusiasm, your lady inner circle likes to sit down and whine, then you’re not an energetic match. So, I’m sorry, my dear, it’s really likely that they’ll bring you down. When that happens, you pay with a decreased business motivation that reflects in your bottom line. Which means how much money you make?  And even if you’re not in business, that kind of energy is vampire energy. Sucking your life away can stop your manifestation mojo in its tracks.


Check your energy

04:44- 05:00 Check your energy. The first thing to do when you suspect that it might be time to upgrade your lady inner circle is to check in with your own energy when you think about the group. You don’t even have to meet up with the group in person to do this: just think about how you feel when you’re face to face with them.

05:37- 06:03 Your mindset is the most important thing to your success in your manifestation of the dreams, your F-word, the things you want in life, Fabulous, Freedom, Financial Independence, And A Happy Family. And sometimes we outgrow friends on our way to living the life we’re consciously manifesting for ourselves. When you’re in business, it’s no different. You outgrow some of your lady inner circle mastermind buddies.


How to upgrade your lady inner circle?

06:28- 06:46 Give them a chance to come with you. If you don’t want to lose your current lady's inner circle, then this might be the way to go. Suggest that you all study a mindset or manifestation course together, or read a book on the subject, to lift all of you up.

07:01- 07:24 Just remember that you can’t make everyone take the journey with you. Give them a chance to get on the train with you, but if it takes a lot of your energy to keep everyone motivated and enthusiastic about what you're doing, it’s not worth it. You might have to face the fact that it’s time to cut your ties to that group.

07:26- 07:40 Cut your ties. It may be as simple as saying that you can’t make your meetups anymore, you are busy, your plates are full, or arranging other activities for yourself whenever the old group schedule something.

07:41- 08:02 Of course, you could manifest yourself as a new lady's inner circle group. This might sound really harsh right now, but if you’ve cleared a space for it and decluttered your mind, soul, and created a space, and get really specific about what you want, it will happen really fast.
