100: Stop Over-Thinking And Launch That Business

When you face a big decision in launching your business, it's easy to start overthinking. You hard to plan for your business but for some reason, you don’t feel quite ready to launch. Over-thinking can be a stumbling block to your business opportunity. If you find yourself over-thinking a big decision then stay tuned in this episode because I have ways to break the cycle!


Business owners stuck at the starting line

02:41- 02:46 You have worked hard to plan for your business but for some reason, you don’t feel quite ready to launch. 

02:47- 03:08 Maybe your website is not yet 100% to your liking, your social media is not getting a lot of likes and shares, or maybe it’s some skill or experience that you feel you must obtain prior to launching. Now, whatever the case, you just do not feel comfortable moving ahead with your plans. 03:09- 03:12 Something I’ve learned from one of my mentors, James Wee,  03:13- 03:20  that everything can be done when you believe.  03:25- 03:34 The thing is if you wait till you feel 100% ready and for the time to be perfect, chances are you will never step up and launch.  
The market is waiting

04:29- 04:35  Remember, there is a market out there waiting for that unique gift that only you can offer. 

04:36- 04:44 You are a Soul Rich Woman. Having the Soul that deserves to shine. That diamond within you that deserves to shine.   04:50- 04:56 I can see that. However, you need to move past your comfort zone and take action. 

04:57- 05:11 As you take action, you will always have the opportunity to correct and adjust as you go along. There will always be improvements but you will never grow and develop if you stay standing at the starting line. 
It’s time to stretch yourself and take the leap

05:17- 06:21 Another thing my mentor says is to start before you are ready. Because it's so important, there will always be something else more than you feel that you must be better, you must master, you must take another certification, another qualification, or another course that you need to take. All of this takes you away from executing your goals, taking action. Yes, I believe 100% in planning, but please, darling, don’t hide behind that as a reason to play small, to make yourself the victim, or to feel like it's never time to start. There is a marketplace looking to have their needs met, then only you and the diamond that within you and your great business, and beautiful diamonds and gifts that you have can meet those amazing needs in the market place.
